Return Policy

At Karibotel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sale@karibotel.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sale@karibotel.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
